Rustys hot sauce is a perfect condiment for chicken, meat or fish. With pork I recommend the Pear or Apple and Nectarine sauce. It's great with any mexican food, Asian or a classic kiwi BBQ. The Rustys OG or a sweet sauce is also a great marinade or pizza topping.

Roast butterflied chicken

Marinade the butterfly chicken in Rusty's hot sauce overnight then bake on 180 degrees celsius until cooked. Serve with roast veggies or salad and rice.

Burger patties

Mix 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped finely into premium beef mince. Drizzle Rusty's hot sauce in with a pinch of salt and pepper then mix once more. Roll into balls and press into patties. Cook on the grill or BBQ and serve in burgers.

Chicken nibbles

Marinade the nibbles in Rusty's hot sauce overnight then mix in a tablespoon of garlic powder. Fan bake on 180 degrees celsius until cooked.

Apricot chicken

Using a slow cooker or dutch oven. Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped. Add 1 tin of apricots in juice. Add 2-4 whole chicken breast or thighs. Drizzle in Rusty's hot sauce to add some spice with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add a bunch fresh thyme or sage. Slow cook for 4-5 hours and serve with mash potatoes or rice. (The apricots can be substituted with a cup of diced mango)

Mexican mince

For nachos, tacos or burritos. In a frypan add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped, cook on a low heat until brown. Add mince and also cook until brown. Drizzle in Rusty's OG hot sauce to bind the mince and then simmer until cooked. Use it for your choice of mexican and serve with a side of freshly made salsa. To make a salsa dice 2-3 fresh tomatoes, add into a bowl, add a red onion chopped. Add a handful of chopped coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper, then a splash of squeezed lemon juice. Mix together and serve chilled.
